Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before anything is built.
The important questions are about call quality, control, handover and what happens to customer information.
Will the voice agent replace my team?+
No. It answers when your team cannot, captures the first details and passes the enquiry on. Your people remain responsible for the work and the customer relationship.
What happens to the enquiry after the call?+
The agent creates a structured summary containing the details your team needs. We agree how that summary should reach you during setup.
Do I need to change my existing phone number?+
Not necessarily. A common starting point is to route missed or overflow calls to the agent while your normal number and team remain the first point of contact. We agree the exact routing before launch.
What if a caller has an emergency or asks something the agent cannot answer?+
We agree the urgent-call and out-of-scope rules with you before launch. The agent should not guess, promise a response time, or give specialist advice outside its approved knowledge; it follows the agreed handover route instead.
Will calling the plumber demo lead to a sales call?+
No. The demo is for you to test the experience. Calling it does not opt you in to marketing. Please use a fictional job and do not share sensitive personal information.
Will a voice agent sound robotic?+
Natural conversation matters, but control matters too. We test wording, pacing, interruptions, edge cases and fallbacks before deployment.
Do we keep control?+
Yes. We design clear boundaries, visibility and human escalation into the workflow.
How quickly can we start?+
The first step is a focused discovery conversation. Delivery time depends on the workflow and integrations, but we normally begin with the smallest useful version.
Can it answer every type of question?+
It works within approved knowledge and clear boundaries. If a request is uncertain, sensitive or outside scope, it follows the handover route agreed with your team.
How is customer information handled?+
We minimise the information collected, use appropriate service providers and agree the retention and access approach before launch.
